Yes, body and lid both. Stand the lid on the top rack so water drains out of it properly.
Can I microwave it?
The body, yes. Take the lid off first so steam can escape while it heats.

There are two. The body carries a side handle for drinking and the lid has its own small loop for lifting it clear.
